Xi Jinping and non-CPC personages

      During his time in Fujian, Xi facilitated founding the first regional committee of a non-Communist political party in Ningde. While in Zhejiang, Xi made it routine to consult non-CPC figures on key political issues. This process has accompanied him all the way up to the top job.
