China, Venezuela elevate bilateral ties to all-weather strategic partnership

      Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks with his Venezuelan counterpart Nicolas Maduro in Beijing on Wednesday. The two presidents announced the elevation of the China-Venezuela relationship to an all-weather strategic partnership.
