How Gen Z sees the world: Indonesian girl experiences Chinese work culture

Celia Annetta from Indonesia is studying psychology at Tsinghua University. Her turning point for studying in China was when she attended summer school in 2014, then she decided to come to China for high school. Other than traditional culture like calligraphy and kung fu, China's work culture impresses Celia most. She's learned a lot from the fast-paced, serious and diligent working style, which is so different from Indonesia's, she says. After living in China for years, she already regards Beijing as her second home. In the future, Celia hopes to learn more about Chinese trading culture and business.
