5 dead, 3 missing after flash floods in E China's Hangzhou

      Five people have died and three others are missing after flash floods in Fuyang District, east China's Hangzhou City, authorities said. An average of over 100 mm of rain fell in Fuyang between 5 and 6 p.m. on July 22, with some areas receiving as much as 200 mm, according to local meteorologists.
