GLOBALink | From Vientiane to Kunming: go to study in China by train

      In 2022, 40 trainees from Laos took the China-Laos Railway to study in the Kunming Railway Vocational and Technical College. Phonvilai Weobandid is one of them. He majors in railway power supply. After the opening of the China-Laos Railway, Laos needs railway professionals. The Lao Railway Vocational and Technical College, a China-aided project, aims to help Laos bring up a competent contingent of teachers in railway system.
