Tim Clissold: Foreigners underestimate China's efforts in fighting climate change

"China has installed about 230 gigawatts capacity of wind power. To put that in context, the whole of the UK's in-store capacity of national grid is about 80 gigawatts. So China has installed just in a wind that amount about roughly 2.5-3 times the whole of UK's national grid, a similar amount in solar and a similar amount in hydro, and they are just gearing up," said author and businessman Tim Clissold. According to Clissold, foreigners underestimate China's efforts in fighting climate change.
